Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BatchPay QB, a product of Thora Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
BatchPay QB provides tools for generating NACHA-compliant ACH payment files from QuickBooks Online transaction data. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@batchpayqb.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. QuickBooks Integration
Our service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to read transaction and vendor data solely for the purpose of generating ACH files. You can revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use BatchPay QB to:
- Initiate fraudulent or unauthorized ACH transactions
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload our infrastructure
- Provide false information during account registration
5. Limitation of Liability
BatchPay QB and Cascadia PNW LLC are not responsible for errors in ACH files resulting from incorrect banking information you provide, rejected transactions by your financial institution, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via your registered email address.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
